About the Sales Manager Role at Hilton Makkah

Hilton is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves generating and managing group sales, contributing to memorable guest experiences, and upholding the company's commitment to hospitality. The role is based in the Makkah region, with potential involvement in Jeddah.

Role Overview and Objectives

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue through group sales by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating strong client relationships. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, strategic planning, and effective management of the entire sales process from lead generation to contract finalization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert new business by researching, prospecting, and qualifying leads through proactive outreach and database analysis to meet group sales targets.
  • Build and maintain client relationships by serving as the primary contact for assigned market segments, nurturing existing accounts, and developing new ones to increase room revenue and profitability.
  • Develop targeted sales strategies by analyzing hotel and market trends to create and execute business plans and marketing initiatives that capture demand and achieve sales goals.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, including preparing proposals, conducting site visits, negotiating terms, and securing contracts tailored to client needs while maximizing revenue.
  • Manage booking details by coordinating customer requirements for rooms, food and beverage, and meeting spaces, and ensuring accurate and timely entry of account and reservation information into the hotel’s sales management system.

This role requires a foundational level of experience in sales, with 0-1 years of experience being suitable.
