Main Function:
- Manage and organize all accounts in the assigned territory.
- Achieve sales targets through adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities:
I. Marketing Function:
1. Implement marketing plans set by management.
2. Conduct research to keep knowledge updated and share insights with stakeholders.
3. Provide necessary training on products for practitioners and assistants.
4. Maintain a professional company image by upholding strong work ethics and product knowledge.
5. Handle customer complaints professionally and respond to queries knowledgeably.

II. Selling Function:
1. Introduce and sell the full product line using appropriate selling techniques.
2. Aim to reach sales targets by following a monthly schedule.
3. Conduct a minimum of 15 sales calls daily.
4. Handle orders and agreements according to company standards.
