We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity.

Role Overview

The Sales Representative is responsible for engaging with prospective clients and partner organizations to clearly communicate Masar’s services. This role involves building trust with individuals seeking support and upholding strict confidentiality, cultural sensitivity, and a compassionate approach in all interactions. The position is critical in guiding individuals towards a personalized journey of recovery within a safe and supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage effectively with prospective clients and partner organizations to promote Masar’s offerings.
• Clearly articulate the range and benefits of Masar’s specialized rehabilitation services.
• Cultivate and maintain trust with individuals and families seeking support for addiction recovery.
• Adhere to strict confidentiality, cultural sensitivity, and a compassionate approach in all professional engagements.

Daily Duties and Operational Tasks

• Respond to inquiries from potential clients and stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Conduct informational consultations to provide detailed explanations of Masar’s programs.
• Follow up with leads to facilitate their progression through the client journey.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM or internal management systems.
• Coordinate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding process.
• Participate in outreach activities and represent Masar at relevant events and conferences.
• Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies that align with Masar’s mission and ethical standards.

Candidate Requirements

• 0-1 years of professional experience, ideally in a sales or client-facing capacity.
• Demonstrated goal-orientation with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel as required for business development and client engagement activities.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, on-site position. The Sales Representative will be based at Masar’s facilities in Jeddah and Riyadh, within the Makkah region of Saudi Arabia. The role requires physical presence at the center to ensure direct coordination with internal teams and engagement with clients.
