Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to assess their needs and help them choose the right mattress and accessories.
  • Showcase and explain the features and advantages of various products to customers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom space.
  • Process sales transactions in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or sales is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in retail or showroom sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
  • Positive attitude and a professional demeanor.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
