Exsal International Trading Co., a major company in food distribution, is looking for a Sales Supervisor to work in Jeddah. We pride ourselves on our strong distribution network and extensive experience in the sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the sales team and monitor their daily performance.
  • Organize customer visits according to designated routes and distribute tasks amongst the team.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by guiding and motivating the team.
  • Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and field activities to present to management.
  • Follow up on collection processes and ensure customers adhere to payment schedules.
  • Build strong and sustainable relationships with key customers.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a High School diploma; a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 13 years of experience in food or consumer product sales, with supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide the team.
  • Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities.
  • Valid driver's license.
