Etesalat Innovations is seeking a Senior Sales Account Manager specializing in Enterprise Infrastructure & Data Center Solutions. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role is central to driving business growth by developing strategic accounts and leading the sales cycle for significant IT infrastructure and systems integration projects.

Role Purpose and Scope

The primary purpose of this role is to expand Etesalat Innovations' market presence within enterprise and public sectors. The Senior Sales Account Manager will be responsible for building a robust sales pipeline and securing large-scale projects. This involves owning the entire sales lifecycle, from initial opportunity identification through to contract award and seamless handover to the delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline specifically for enterprise infrastructure solutions.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across both enterprise and government sectors.
• Manage strategic customer accounts and cultivate long-term executive relationships with key stakeholders such as CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and procurement teams.
• Lead the complete sales lifecycle, encompassing qualification, comprehensive proposal development, negotiation, contract closure, and project handover.
• Work closely with presales, solution architects, vendors, legal, finance, delivery, and project teams to ensure cohesive solution delivery.
• Position Etesalat Innovations as a trusted technology partner, emphasizing integrated solutions over mere product reselling.
• Maintain accuracy in CRM systems, manage sales forecasting, ensure commercial governance, and prioritize customer satisfaction.
