About the Role
Transmed is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for its E-commerce channel. This full-time position is based in Makkah, with responsibilities covering Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on managing e-retailer relationships to drive consumer product distribution and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for managing all e-retailer account relationships to ensure smooth distribution of consumer products through effective online execution. This includes achieving target sales within the E-commerce channel.
- Maintain strategic business relationships with key stakeholders at the customer level to foster collaboration and achieve company objectives.
- Identify business-building opportunities on e-retailer platforms and propose them internally for further development.
- Stay informed about key customer insights and developments to leverage changes for business growth.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose solutions to enhance internal and external efficiencies.
- Ensure monthly updates of customer scorecards to derive key insights for improving KPIs, sharing these internally and externally.
- Oversee the collection of receivables from e-retailers within agreed payment terms to maintain company cash flow.
- Process necessary documentation for e-retailers, including account openings, payment terms, and GRV requests.
- Negotiate and secure budgets from category managers for participation in customer events to drive brand sales.
- Develop and share initiatives across assigned e-retailers according to the quarterly deployment plan and agreed event calendars.
- Create campaign briefs with clear execution plans to ensure optimal implementation.
- Track the execution of all visibility elements aligned with Transmed's Joint Business Plan across all e-retailers.
- Identify execution gaps versus agreements with e-retailers and communicate these to the customer for corrective action.
- Analyze campaign and initiative performance based on data from e-retailers, measuring success and sharing learnings and insights with stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates for this role must meet the following requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related Business field.
- Previous experience in E-commerce is mandatory.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the FMCG or Foodservice sectors is mandatory.
- Proficiency in the English language is mandatory.
Work Location and Type
This is a full-time position located in Makkah, covering the cities of Jeddah and Makkah.
