Join our team as a Technical Warehouse Keeper at Gulf Seasons Trading Company.

We are looking for a talented and qualified person to manage the warehouse. Your responsibilities will include receiving incoming materials and matching their quantities and specifications, as well as properly storing them and ensuring operations are organized.

Main tasks include:
  • Receiving materials according to specifications and their quantities.
  • Storing materials in a way that ensures their preservation.
  • Issuing requests and preparing and shipping orders to the relevant authorities.
  • Preparing equipment receipt memos and documenting work.

Required qualifications:
- Diploma in warehouse management.
- Previous experience of two years.
- Advanced skills in customer service, archiving, and report preparation.

  • Coordinate with planning, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Liaise with transporters/drivers to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
  • Support audits and inspections conducted by internal and external parties.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 24 years of warehouse/storekeeping experience, preferably in food distribution or FMCG.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and food safety practices.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Good communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Physically fit and able to handle warehouse activities.
