About the Role

Chalhoub Group is seeking a skilled Store Manager for its fashion division at Westfield Mall. This full-time position is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities covering stores in Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires 5-10 years of experience in retail management.

Role Overview

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving the store's business performance, cultivating a base of loyal VIP customers through recruitment and retention, and effectively managing the store team. Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and store processes is paramount. You will represent the brand by communicating its values and philosophy in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, execute, and monitor the store's action plan to achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Manage the customer database to build strong relationships and identify future selling opportunities.
• Stay informed about the latest trends, products, and competitor activities, sharing feedback with relevant stakeholders.
• Adopt a hybrid approach by leveraging all available online and offline points of sale.
• Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed.
• Oversee the preparation and processing of e-commerce orders within set service level agreements (SLAs) for time and quality.
• Utilize available technology tools to enhance customer experience and ensure team proficiency.
• Maintain operating standards for stock replenishment and visual merchandising according to brand guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, security, retail operations, and HR guidelines.
• Analyze historical traffic data to ensure adequate floor coverage during peak hours.

Team Leadership and Customer Experience

Provide a clear vision for the team regarding business objectives and store direction. Identify, recruit, develop, and retain talent. Foster a positive work environment based on trust, respect, and fairness, acting as a conduit for employee feedback. Coach team members, promote a growth mindset, and monitor development plans. Ensure performance improvement discussions are transparent and documented. Develop an omnichannel mindset within the team, promoting various customer touchpoints and clienteling techniques, with a focus on VIP customers and leveraging customer data. Actively recruit new clients and convert them into loyal VIP customers by delivering an excellent experience and maintaining consistent networking.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Store Manager in the retail sector.
• Experience within the fashion industry is preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage team performance.
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management and clienteling.
• Familiarity with omnichannel retail strategies.
