Role overview
We are looking for a Stock Controller, responsible for overseeing daily inventory operations, including receiving and issuing stock, conducting regular counts and expiry checks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring organized and efficient store management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts
  • Maintain updating inventory records
  • Highlight out of stock items to the Buyers
  • Help with physical movements of items
  • Arranging and organizing of the stores
  • Receiving supplier deliveries physically and on system
  • Issue stock to the kitchen
  • Conduct expiry checks

Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience in warehouse or stock controlling
  • Experienced in supply chain procedures
  • Good computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to gather and analyze data
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be located in KSA

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the F&B industry.
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of VAT, ZATCA regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills and accuracy.
  • Able to manage accounts for multiple branches efficiently.
