Job Purpose:
Carry out electrical maintenance work to ensure all processes in the section operate at maximum capacity.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Plan and coordinate all jobs regarding technical and manpower resources.
  • Complete required paperwork and administration, including logs and equipment history.
  • Oversee cost and budget supervision and control.
  • Maintain overall safety and quality on jobs.
  • Coordinate with others to ensure satisfactory maintenance services are provided.
  • Provide technical support to Technicians in complex areas of work.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering or High School diploma.
  • 15-20 years of relevant experience in the field.
  • Highly developed supervisory skills.
  • Good knowledge of various testing methods and inspections.
  • Familiarity with basic engineering design of major electrical equipment.
  • Experience with SAP and SHEMS.

III. Managerial/Administrative:
1. Optimize time in assigned territory while minimizing costs.
2. Track customer history and manage records appropriately.
3. Prepare monthly schedules in coordination with the supervisor.
4. Submit daily reports of activities.

Special Conditions:
- This is a field job requiring constant travel.
- A valid driving license is essential.
- Regular email connectivity is required.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s is preferable.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable about the company’s products.
