Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sourcing and procurement for transportation-related categories, focusing on freight, logistics, warehousing, and fleet services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define transportation needs and develop cost-effective procurement strategies.
  • Drive supplier selection processes, manage contract negotiations, and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Analyze procurement proposals and recommend options that balance costs with service efficiency.
  • Oversee purchase order creation and delivery tracking for transportation services.
  • Assist in operational and administrative tasks, including invoice reconciliation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in transportation procurement or logistics sourcing, preferably within automotive or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (*, SAP).

Preferred Experience:
  • Familiarity with strategic sourcing platforms.
  • Experience with logistics contract structures and international trade compliance.

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to support statutory and management reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance. Reporting directly to the Financial Reporting & Compliance Section Head, this role plays a pivotal part in ensuring adherence to Saudi regulations, IFRS, and organizational financial policies while providing insightful analysis to guide business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports in compliance with IFRS and Saudi accounting regulations.
  • Preparation of group reporting packs.
  • Ensure audit readiness by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits, coordinating with Big Four firms.
  • Maintain fixed asset registers, manage physical count and provide comprehensive financial reporting packages.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance experience in Saudi Arabia, with strong knowledge of local regulatory requirements.
  • Technical Skills: Strong accounting foundation with expertise in IFRS and Saudi regulatory frameworks. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, CANIAS, Oracle, etc.), and advanced Excel.
  • Soft Skills: Strategic thinker with keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills. Ability to influence senior stakeholders. Resilient under pressure with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
