Raffles Makkah Palace is renowned for setting exceptional hospitality standards. In this role, you will ensure the seamless operation of telephone communications, contributing to the high standards our guests expect.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously.
  • Ensure smooth internal telecommunication as per Raffles Standards.
  • Record and control wake-up calls; assist guests with international calls and directory queries.
  • Address requests promptly and report complaints to the Telephone Supervisor.
  • Maintain knowledge of local telephone listings and frequently dialed numbers.
  • Adhere to emergency protocols and advise defects on switchboard equipment to the Supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean work environment and uphold hotel safety standards.

Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in building rapport with colleagues and managing guest relations.
  • Ability to work cohesively in a multi-cultural and team-oriented environment.
  • Secondary education or relevant qualifications in Hotel Management.
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in a four or five-star hotel is preferred.
