About the Trainee Data Analyst Role

Bupa Arabia is seeking a Trainee Data Analyst for a full-time position. This role is based in either Jeddah or Makkah, within the Makkah region of Saudi Arabia, and is open to candidates with 0-1 years of experience, including those participating in Tamheer or Coop programs.

Role Purpose

The Trainee Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing member engagement data, identifying trends and insights, and enhancing existing dashboards and systems. This position also involves contributing to the creation of new analytical platforms to support organizational objectives.

Key Accountabilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze member engagement data from various sources, such as website analytics, email campaigns, event attendance, and support tickets.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to inform and enhance member outreach strategies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to effectively track and communicate key member engagement metrics.
• Develop informative digital channels that explain the key features and benefits of the company's services.
• Track and analyze the performance and inputs of the customer engagement team.
• Report on the results related to engaged customers.
• Identify and implement strategies aimed at improving customer engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Eligibility for Tamheer or Coop programs is required.

This is a full-time position with Bupa Arabia, located in either Jeddah or Makkah, within the Makkah region of Saudi Arabia.
