Join Hilton as a Head Waiter!
As a Head Waiter, you will be responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. Your extensive knowledge of menu offerings will play a key role in this position.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage guest queries in a friendly manner.
  • Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with regulations.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of menu items and products.
  • Ensure floors are well-stocked and properly organized.
  • Follow correct reporting procedures for any issues.
  • Deliver food and beverage orders consistently and promptly.
  • Adhere to grooming standards and hygiene practices.
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health legislation.

What We're Looking For:
A Head Waiter should possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high levels of customer service. Flexibility to respond to various work situations and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are crucial.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the Food and Beverage industry.
  • Previous cash handling experience.
  • Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations.
