Join Hilton as a Head Waiter!
As a Head Waiter, you will be responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. Your extensive knowledge of menu offerings will play a key role in this position.

Responsibilities:

Manage guest queries in a friendly manner.
Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with regulations.
Maintain extensive knowledge of menu items and products.
Ensure floors are well-stocked and properly organized.
Follow correct reporting procedures for any issues.
Deliver food and beverage orders consistently and promptly.
Adhere to grooming standards and hygiene practices.
Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health legislation.

What We're Looking For:
A Head Waiter should possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high levels of customer service. Flexibility to respond to various work situations and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are crucial.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the Food and Beverage industry.
Previous cash handling experience.
Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations.
