Join Lindner Saudi as a Storekeeper / Warehouse In Charge!
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to manage our warehouse operations in Mecca. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our materials and tools are properly received, stored, and issued to our project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Verify deliveries against purchase orders; report discrepancies or damages.
  • Store materials in an organized manner according to company standards.
  • Issue materials based on approved requests, maintaining accurate records.
  • Monitor stock levels and notify procurement of low or depleted items.
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory records using logs or management software.
  • Ensure the store area is clean and complies with safety regulations.
  • Tag and label stored items for easy identification.
  • Prepare regular inventory reports for management and project teams.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors and engineers for timely material availability.
  • Implement stock control procedures to minimize loss and damage.
  • Participate in stock audits at project start and end.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction or fit-out industry.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and MEP components.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Physically fit to handle loading/unloading tasks.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Professional telephone etiquette.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar capacity is preferred.
