• Prepare regular reports on performance and operational observations for management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial kitchen, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Good knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP systems.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).

We are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Sales Engineer to promote our products to various stakeholders including architects, lighting designers, and key accounts. Your role will involve:

• Identifying and creating new business opportunities.
• Providing consultations and education on our products to clients through meetings and workshops.
• Managing large and complex projects while developing a robust customer portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Development and management of client portfolios, ensuring follow-up with at least 100 customers.
- Conducting visits to potential clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Participation in large-scale lighting projects including photometry studies and technical proposals.
- Keeping teams updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
- 510 years of relevant experience in sales within the lighting or technical products industry.
- Proficiency in English and local language(s) with excellent communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and customer-oriented approach.
