*Food Server*

• Serving orders to customers inside the dining area professionally

• Maintaining cleanliness in the work area

• Collaborating with the kitchen and service team to ensure an excellent customer experience

• Able to work as a team and pay attention to detail.

*Cashier*

• Receiving orders and processing payments accurately

• Dealing politely with customers and responding to their inquiries

• Managing the cash register and matching daily revenues

• Demonstrating honesty, politeness, and cooperation

• Able to work as a team and pay attention to detail

• Knowledge of Foodics or any POS systems.

*Accountant*

• Managing daily accounts, salaries, and invoices

• Monitoring inventory, analyzing costs, and submitting reports to the finance department.

• Working with the Foodics accounting software or similar accounting programs

• Demonstrating honesty, politeness, and cooperation

• Able to work as a team and pay attention to detail.

*Nutrition Specialist*

• Welcoming customers and providing a simple explanation of healthy meals and subscription plans

• Assisting customers in choosing the appropriate meal according to their nutritional needs

• Monitoring the customer experience in the dining area and providing support when needed

• Demonstrating honesty, politeness, and cooperation

• Able to work as a team and pay attention to detail.

Job responsibilities:

Intermediate English at least

Strawberry and Cheese - Mecca, Al-Shawqiya 

Working hours: 

8 hours

Building relationships and maintaining constant communication with current and potential clients
• Preparing and pre-arranging any papers or documents that the client may need to make agreements and sign contracts
• A detailed explanation of all the products and services of the company in which it operates, and encouraging clients to acquire them
• Attention to customer problems and helping to solve them, and conveying complaints and suggestions to the company’s management
• Preparing clear action plans (daily/weekly/monthly) and making periodic improvements on them
• Making daily visits to new clients and providing a daily report
• Following up on customer requests and coordinating with the financial and operational management until the client receives
• Preparing a monthly report on the expected returns for the coming month
• Proficiency in English writing and reading
