🎯 Main Tasks:

  • Managing daily accounting operations related to bookings, tickets, visa services, and hotels.

  • Settling accounts with airlines, hotels, and tourism service providers.

  • Preparing and sending invoices and following up on collections from clients.

  • Monitoring expenses and revenues and preparing monthly financial reports.

  • Ensuring compliance with value-added tax and liaising with the legal auditor.

  • Dealing with electronic payment gateways and booking systems.

  • Maintaining accurate records of IATA and non-IATA transactions.

  • Contributing to the preparation of the company's general budget.

  • Coordinating with the sales and operations teams to ensure accurate cost distribution.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • At least two years of experience in accounting in the tourism or travel sector.

  • Knowledge of tourism booking systems (such as Amadeus or Galileo) is a plus.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (such as QuickBooks or Zoho Books) and Excel.

  • Good knowledge of tax systems and accounting regulations in Saudi Arabia.

  • Attention to detail in follow-up and analysis, and strong communication skills in Arab and English.
