Business Development Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Search for new projects and investment opportunities.
• Attracting design, supervision, and project management projects.
• Building and developing a network of relationships with real estate developers, contractors, and consultants.
• Communicating with government and private entities to introduce the company's services.
• Following up on competitions and opportunities offered in the market.
• Coordinating with the Tenders and Pricing Department to prepare technical and financial offers.
• Attending engineering meetings, events, and exhibitions and representing the company professionally.
• Preparing periodic reports on investment opportunities and potential clients.
• Achieving approved sales and commercial targets.

Required Skills:

• Business development and technical sales.
• Preparing commercial and technical offers.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
• Presentation, communication, and effective communication skills.
• Understanding of engineering contracts and projects.
• Ability to analyze business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.

Priority will be given to candidates who have direct experience in the engineering consulting and real estate development sector within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
