Main Responsibilities:
- Search for new projects and investment opportunities.
- Attracting design, supervision, and project management projects.
- Building and developing a network of relationships with real estate developers, contractors, and consultants.
- Communicating with government and private entities to introduce the company's services.
- Following up on competitions and opportunities offered in the market.
- Coordinating with the Tenders and Pricing Department to prepare technical and financial offers.
- Attending engineering meetings, events, and exhibitions and representing the company professionally.
- Preparing periodic reports on investment opportunities and potential clients.
- Achieving approved sales and commercial targets.
