About iHR and the Role

iHR (International Human Resources) is a specialized firm dedicated to providing comprehensive human resources solutions. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to our business development strategy, focusing on expanding our client base and effectively marketing our diverse range of recruitment and HR solutions across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to business development and actively attract new clients.
• Conduct regular field visits to both current and prospective clients.
• Promote and market recruitment services and human resources solutions.
• Prepare and present commercial offers, negotiating with clients through to contract finalization.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Monitor client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare periodic reports and track sales opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• A minimum of two years of field sales experience within the human resources sector.

Required Skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to achieve targets and perform effectively in a competitive environment.
• Possession of a valid driving license and readiness for extensive field work.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position requires a proactive approach to client engagement, involving regular field visits to both existing and potential clients to foster strong relationships and achieve sales objectives. Candidates must be prepared for consistent travel within the designated sales territory.
