About the Role

Role Purpose

Job Accountabilities & Activities
Planning & Development:
- Develop and implement robust business strategies with General Manager (GM) and Functional Manager (FM) based on comprehensive market analysis.
- Drive action plans with first-line managers focused on pricing, inventory, marketing, and suppliers.
- Expand market share and explore new opportunities to ensure adequate coverage of all market segments.
- Conduct monthly performance review meetings with managers to discuss performance and new business initiatives.

Operations:
- Set and monitor both financial and non-financial targets for all operational functions.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate employees while ensuring that Saudization targets are met.
- Monitor receivables for prompt collections.
- Review monthly KPIs and implement corrective measures as necessary.
- Oversee regional operations and collaborate with the head office regarding finance, admin, sales, and inventory management.
- Conduct annual performance reviews to manage employee performance.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and guidelines.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and quarterly business reports.
- Maintain high employee motivation, customer satisfaction, and a positive working environment.
- Achieve sales performance targets for annual sales teams.

Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is required.

Required Years of Experience
- A minimum of 8-9 years of managing people and significant business operations is necessary.

• Project Governance & Oversight: Establish project baselines, manage schedules, cash flows, and risk registers.
• Supervision Management: Ensure compliance with contract documents and quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Allocate resources effectively and monitor team performance.
• Client Management: Act as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders, facilitating strong relationships.
• Operational Monitoring: Provide regular progress reports and ensure compliance with KPIs.
• Quality & Safety: Uphold HSE and ISO procedures to promote a safe working environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancements to support business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or ARC); Master’s preferred.
• 15+ years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of project controls and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Primavera P6 is advantageous.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, PgMP, or MRICS.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with regional and occasional international travel as required.

About the Role
INTO is looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Regional Manager to take full ownership of our presence in Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, you will lead on our recruitment activities and champion opportunities for Saudi students to study at our partner universities in the UK, US, and Australia. This role is ideal for someone who understands the Saudi market and is keen to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with education agents across various tiers.
• Counsel students as needed and represent INTO at key recruitment events.
• Shape market strategy and provide insights using Salesforce.
• Work collaboratively with Admissions, Marketing, and university partners.
• Oversee financial accuracy and manage agent-related costs.

Qualifications

• Fluent Arabic speaker.
• Experience in international education or agency account management is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple agency partners.
• Flexibility for occasional evening and weekend work.
