About the Role: The Regional Manager at BLS International will oversee end-to-end operations management of all Visa Application Centres (VACs) in the assigned jurisdiction, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) regarding speed, accuracy, and financial parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and business reporting.
• Establish connections with missions and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure profitability of VAC operations through value-added services (VAS) upselling.
• Maintain and uphold all VACs according to audit compliance standards.
• Implement process improvements in collaboration with the Project Management Office (PMO).

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Experience: 5-15 years required in a relevant field.

About the Role
The UNDP is seeking a reliable and professional Driver who will provide safe and efficient driving services to UNDP RR/ UN RC and other high-ranking officials. This role involves ensuring the highest standards of discretion and integrity, as well as excellent knowledge of protocol and security issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide reliable and secure driving services using the office vehicle for the Country Office, staff, experts, and UN officials.
• Ensure cost-saving through proper use and maintenance of the assigned office vehicle.
• Maintain all required documents and necessary spare parts in the vehicle.
• Take immediate actions required by rules and regulations in case of accidents.

Qualifications
Secondary Education with two years of driving experience is required. The candidate must demonstrate a client-oriented approach and the ability to work with diverse groups in a multicultural environment.
