About the Role

Red Hat is expanding its sales operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is seeking to hire an Account Manager for the Central Government sector. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and is open exclusively to Saudi nationals.

Role Overview

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust business relationships with clients. The primary objective of this role is to drive revenue by selling Red Hat's products and services to both new and existing customers within the central government market. You will play a key part in identifying opportunities, understanding client needs, and presenting effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and propose solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
  • Manage price negotiations and contract discussions to secure deals while ensuring company profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure client needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, activity reports, and client information using CRM software.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to sales management.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, specifically selling software solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets by selling complex solutions to large organizations and multiple decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of the central government market segment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders at various levels.
  • Solid understanding of market dynamics, including customer needs, processes, offerings, and competition.
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong business acumen and a clear understanding of sales processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools.

Preferred Experience

Experience within the information technology (IT) infrastructure market, including technologies such as operating systems, middleware, virtualization, cloud, and system management, is considered an advantage. An existing network within this market is also beneficial.
