We are looking for an administrative assistant to join the team, who will be responsible for organizing daily administrative tasks and ensuring the workflow runs efficiently. Responsibilities include managing official correspondence (emails, letters, and memos), preparing and printing reports, coordinating appointments and meetings, and following up and completing administrative transactions.
The role also includes following up and completing administrative transactions with external entities, archiving documents in an organized manner, entering and updating data in systems, and continuous coordination with various departments within the company, in addition to following up on internal requests such as vacations, letters, and forms, receiving calls and responding to inquiries, and preparing periodic reports for management.
Applicants are required to have high organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Working hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM, with one day off per week.

- GOSI Registration Required
- Requires 2-5 Years experience
- Intermediate in English
