Introduction to the Administrative Assistant Role
ANASC - Customs Affairs is seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to manage a diverse range of administrative, corporate, and compliance-related responsibilities.
Role Purpose and Scope
The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of various internal processes and external engagements. This position involves supporting key functions across administration, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance, contributing to the efficient management of company affairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Track assigned tasks and ensure their timely completion.
- Prepare correspondence and maintain professional communication with company partners and stakeholders.
- Organize and archive corporate and partners’ documents.
- Support selected HR-related tasks and employee procedures.
- Monitor mandatory corporate and regulatory requirements to ensure timely compliance.
- Coordinate partners’ meetings and general assemblies, including the preparation and maintenance of required documents and resolutions.
- Follow up on the filing of financial statements and other statutory submissions.
- Monitor the renewal of commercial registrations, licenses, permits, and official documents.
- Manage and follow up on company accounts across relevant government platforms.
- Maintain a clear calendar of regulatory deadlines and renewal dates.
- Provide concise updates on completed, pending, and overdue tasks.
- Handle various administrative assignments as required.
Work Arrangement and Location
This role operates primarily remotely, requiring continuous availability and responsiveness through Microsoft Teams during working hours. Office attendance is required for half a day, twice per week, or as needed. Occasional visits to government entities or external parties may also be necessary. Candidates must be based in Riyadh.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for an individual with 0-1 years of relevant experience who demonstrates strong organizational skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to task management. The ideal candidate will be adept at professional communication and capable of managing multiple administrative and compliance-related duties efficiently.
