The Architect Role

Maskan is seeking an Architect to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, on-site position where the Architect will contribute to the planning, design, and execution phases of the company’s real estate projects. The role involves ensuring that projects align with Maskan's commitment to combining beauty, technology, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts for various real estate projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate effectively with engineering, construction, and design teams to ensure project alignment.
• Review and refine designs to ensure functionality, sustainability, and compliance with local regulations and building codes.
• Participate actively in project meetings.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of project documentation.
• Oversee and manage design changes throughout project lifecycles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to balance aesthetic vision, technical feasibility, and budget constraints.
• Utilize digital tools and software to produce high-quality design outputs.
• Integrate new technologies and materials into project solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of professional experience as an Architect, preferably within the real estate development sector. A strong background in architectural design, project coordination, and the application of relevant digital tools and software is required.

Work Environment

This position is based on-site in Riyadh, operating on a full-time schedule. The Architect will work within a collaborative environment, engaging with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to deliver Maskan's diverse portfolio of projects.
