Join Our Team as an Accounting Assistant!
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Assistant to join our Finance division at Alfaisal University in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for processing financial transactions and maintaining accurate accounting records. Your contributions will support the finance team in ensuring timely and accurate financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare financial documents such as invoices, bills, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and assist in the preparation of budgets and reports.
  • Verify the accuracy of claims, compile and sort invoices and checks.
  • Provide front desk customer service, ensuring confidentiality of financial records.
  • Create spreadsheets to track and retrieve various data.
  • Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration with a major in Accounting or Finance.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; up to 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English.
