About the Role:
Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence in a restaurant setting? Apparel FZCO is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager - Restaurant to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer service are provided by retail staff and assist them in maximizing sales.
  • Assist the Store Manager in the efficient and profitable operation of the store, in accordance with company policies.
  • Take end-to-end store responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Promote the Loyalty Program to maximize customer loyalty and repeat sales.
  • Conduct regular audits of store administration and resolve any issues.
  • Manage daily rosters, staff leave, and grievances.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards at all times.
  • Ensure security awareness and vigilance at all times.
  • Stay updated about various brands to assist in suggestive selling.
  • Be physically fit to stand for extended periods and perform heavy lifting.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with 2 to 7 years of relevant experience and strong leadership skills in a retail environment. A background in fashion or retail management is preferred.
