Join Agility as an MEP Draftsman!
We are seeking a skilled MEP Draftsman to join our Operations at Agility Logistics Parks in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation of shop drawings across various disciplines including HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, and Electrical, while also handling design work, quantity take-off, and preparation of as-built drawings.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Prepare clear, complete, and accurate working plans and detailed drawings from rough sketches or notes.
  • Adjust or change drawings as directed by Engineering Management.
  • Utilize knowledge of various drafting software to complete drawings.
  • Visually compare design components with the drawings to ensure accuracy of fit.
  • Prepare mechanical shop drawings, plans, sections, schematic diagrams, and schedules of equipment.
  • Make final sketches, checking dimensions, materials to be used, and parts relations.
  • Utilize knowledge of engineering practices and building materials to complete drawings.
  • Prepare as-built drawings for project documentation.

Your Qualifications:
  • Diploma/Degree Holder in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in preparing shop drawings for HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, and Electrical systems.
  • Adept with computer-aided design.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Extensive knowledge of various drafting packages and software.
