Job Overview
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverage items according to the standards of Plaza Premium Group.
- Build positive relationships with guests, delivering friendly and professional service.
- Ensure compliance with local hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations.

Job Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently prepare beverage orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the preparation area.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements.
- Respond to guest requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Support the bar and service team during high-volume periods.

Job Requirements
- High school certificate or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage preparation, ideally in hospitality.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work shifts as necessary.
