As part of our mission to make healthy food accessible, we are seeking a dedicated Barista to work alongside the Cafe Manager and help oversee daily operations.

Role Overview:
Your role will involve utilizing your coffee expertise and interpersonal skills to enhance customer satisfaction. You will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

Prepare coffee following established recipes.
Maintain and report on brewing equipment functionality.
Be attentive to customer orders and preferences.
Present a positive, professional image aligned with Calo’s culture and values.
Ensure timely cafe operations that meet quality standards.
Effectively resolve any issues that may arise.
Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
Maintain a positive approach with coworkers.

Ideal Candidate:
Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista in cafes.
Must have a certified Barista certificate.
Currently residing in KSA.
Proficient in English communication.

Knowledge and Competency:

Good knowledge of coffee and its various mixtures.
Able to differentiate coffee aromas and tastes.
Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines.
Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
Basic knowledge of computer programs and willingness to learn.

Personality Traits:

Strong communicator with a pleasant personality.
Ability to lead with empathy.
