The Job in a Nutshell:
Foodics Capital is our micro-lending arm focusing on small F&B businesses. We seek a data-savvy, commercially minded Business Analyst to support our mission to revolutionize SME lending.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct customer interviews to understand pain points and needs.
Analyze trends in micro-lending and SME finance.
Collaborate with various teams for product enhancements.
Monitor key metrics around loan origination and customer satisfaction.
Support risk assessment processes through financial analysis.
Contribute to go-to-market strategies based on user insights.

What Are We Looking For?
- Passion for small business growth and fintech innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (MBA is a plus).
- 35 years of experience in business analysis or research.
