The Job in a Nutshell:
Foodics Capital is our micro-lending arm focusing on small F&B businesses. We seek a data-savvy, commercially minded Business Analyst to support our mission to revolutionize SME lending.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct customer interviews to understand pain points and needs.
• Analyze trends in micro-lending and SME finance.
• Collaborate with various teams for product enhancements.
• Monitor key metrics around loan origination and customer satisfaction.
• Support risk assessment processes through financial analysis.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies based on user insights.

What Are We Looking For?

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and requirements.
• Draft clear and comprehensive internal and external documentation such as business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
• Effectively communicate requirements, key insights, and findings to cross-functional teams, management, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project status with daily follow-ups, resolving issues, and providing progress reports.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and develop and implement solutions.
• Facilitate workshops to gather feedback and ensure alignment between business objectives and project deliverables.
• Create training materials and conduct user training sessions.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or IT/Computer Science.
• A minimum of two years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Advanced technical skills and excellent planning and organizational abilities.
