Join WTW as a Business Development Manager!

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a pipeline of existing and new prospects while ensuring robust client relationships. Your expertise will help address client inefficiencies and enhance the overall client experience by collaborating with the wider H&B team and CRB team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify explicit and implied client needs through effective questioning.
  • Maintain secure and financially sound client/prospect relationships.
  • Convey clients’ needs to the wider H&B team accurately.
  • Raise awareness of WTW’s capabilities in the marketplace.
  • Monitor local market insights and dynamics affecting the sales process.
  • Utilize all available sales tools to successfully navigate prospects through the sales cycle.
  • Ensure compliance with WTW guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree level education.
  • IFCE certification.
  • 5-10 years of experience in the Health & Benefits market or insurance broking.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluent in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to generate leads and manage a strong sales pipeline.
