We are growing and seeking a driven Business Development Manager to help shape our next phase of growth in Riyadh.

What You’ll Do:
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with property management companies.
  • Lead negotiations for large enterprise contracts and government deals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers and community boards.
  • Create compelling partnership proposals and business cases.
  • Track and analyze partnership performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to support partnership integrations.
  • Manage and support sales executives to drive performance and achieve revenue targets.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Background in real estate or PropTech is a strong plus.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Bilingual (Arabic & English).
  • A proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-growing environment.
