Our platform simplifies operations for restaurants, cafes, and hotels through comprehensive features including table and seat management, waitlist functionality, guest profiling, and commission-free online bookings. We also provide a full marketing suite and advanced analytics. Servme integrates seamlessly with various operational systems such as telephone systems, point of sale (POS), hotel property management systems (PMS), payment gateways, and major social platforms like Facebook, Google, and Instagram.
The Role: Business Development Manager
Servme is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time, individual contributor role is focused on acquiring new customers and driving revenue within the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment. The successful candidate will own the entire sales cycle, from the initial conversation to the signed deal, operating in a fast-paced environment with a clear focus on pipeline conversion and revenue delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the full SMB sales cycle, from qualified lead to closed-won.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations with decision-makers, including restaurant owners, founders, and operators.
- Actively manage inbound leads and initiate outbound outreach to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Consistently close new business and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline characterized by short-to-medium sales cycles.
- Understand customer needs thoroughly and position Servme as a critical business solution.
- Handle objections, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations with confidence.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and CRM hygiene.
- Collaborate with SDR, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth customer handovers.
- Provide market and customer feedback to the Product and Marketing teams.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record in new customer acquisition.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently close deals and meet aggressive sales targets.
- Strong commercial instincts and persistence in a competitive sales environment.
- Ability to effectively manage a high-volume sales pipeline.
- Experience working directly with business owners, founders, and operators is preferred.
Work Environment and Location
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a hands-on approach to pipeline conversion and revenue delivery within a dynamic and growth-focused company.
