Cafe Manager

Food presenter (waiter) required to work in a high-end restaurant, having a decent appearance, a friendly personality, and excellent communication skills. Must have at least two years of experience in the field of restaurant service and proficiency in Arabic with a good command of English.

Main responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests and guiding them to their tables in a professional and courteous manner

• Presenting menus and explaining dishes and drinks to customers

• Accurately receiving orders and executing them in coordination with the kitchen

• Maintaining cleanliness and order of the dining tables

• Handling cash and card payments

• Responding quickly to customer requests and inquiries

• Contributing to maintaining high standards of customer service

Job requirements:

• Working hours: 8 working hours daily (according to the specified work schedule).
• Working days: 6 working days a week.
• Rest days: One day a week (subject to the work schedule).
• Salary: determined based on experience, qualifications, and company policies.

Customer service representative required to work in a call center for a leading company, where the job requires direct communication with customers and providing effective solutions to their inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and good Arabic language proficiency, with the ability to work under pressure and master the use of computers.

Main tasks:

• Receiving phone calls and responding to customer inquiries

• Documenting and recording all calls and complaints in the system

• Following up on customer requests until resolved completely

• Providing accurate information about the company's products and services

• Achieving the required performance indicators in terms of the number of calls and service quality

• Participating in the development of customer service procedures and improving their experience
