About Almarai and the Network Team Leader Role

We are seeking a dedicated Network Team Leader (Corporate) to join our team in a full-time capacity, contributing to the robust infrastructure that supports our extensive operations.

Purpose of the Role

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the high availability, performance, and security of Almarai's enterprise network services. This involves the comprehensive planning, implementation, and management of Data, Voice, and Cloud network infrastructure across various environments, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and multi-cloud setups. The Network Team Leader will play a critical role in upholding confidentiality, integrity, and availability (CIA) standards, aligning with ISMS and NCA requirements, and actively supporting the company's business continuity and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and design enterprise Data, Voice, and Cloud network infrastructure solutions.
• Implement and manage network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and multi-cloud environments.
• Ensure high availability, optimal performance, and robust security for all enterprise network services.
• Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability (CIA) of network systems in compliance with ISMS and NCA requirements.
• Provide essential support for business continuity planning and digital transformation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• CCNA certified.
• MCSE certified.

Required Experience and Technical Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network design, implementation, and support.
• Demonstrated experience with LAN/WAN, WiFi, SD-WAN, SASE, and Cloud networking.
• Proficiency in various network security technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
