The Role of Talent Specialist

Almarai is seeking a Talent Specialist (Job ID: 89885) to join its human resources team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to supporting the day-to-day operational aspects of talent management, ensuring the smooth execution of various initiatives and projects within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

The Talent Specialist will be responsible for a range of activities crucial to talent management operations, including:

• Preparing, coordinating, and assisting in all day-to-day operational talent management activities.
• Supporting Assessment and Development Centers.
• Assisting with other assigned talent management projects.
• Ensuring timely and accurate preparation and maintenance of information, data, and presentations to facilitate successful project completion.

Required Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related discipline from a reputable local or international institution.
• 2-5 years of experience in a role relevant to Talent Management.
