🔹 Job Description – Cashier (Field of Restaurants and Beverages)

Job Title: Cashier
Department: Sales / Customer Service
Direct Manager: Branch Supervisor / Branch Manager

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers politely and greeting them with a smile.

• Accurately recording orders through the Point of Sale (POS) system.

• Issuing invoices and collecting cash or card payments.

• Ensuring cash amounts match the reports at the end of the shift.

• Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the cashier area.

• Cooperating with the team to ensure an excellent customer experience.

• Applying the restaurant's policies and procedures accurately.

• Preparing daily reports regarding revenues and submitting them to management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma as a minimum.

• Previous experience in cashier or customer service (preferably in restaurants).

• Proficiency in using Point of Sale systems.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and during peak times.

• Neat appearance and attendance discipline.

Cashier required to work in one of the restaurants in Riyadh. Proficiency in dealing with customers and mastery of sales and accounting skills is required.
