We are seeking a detail-oriented A/P Accountant to join our growing team. MediServ is a leading company specializing in medical and laboratory equipment, medical supplies, and pharmaceuticals. With over 30 years of experience, we pride ourselves on our solid relationships with healthcare institutions across Saudi Arabia.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Accurately record and reconcile Petty Cash Fund transactions.
  • Maintain records of Shipment Insurance costs according to accounting standards.
  • Match and record supplier invoices, ensuring documentation is accurate.
  • Prepare and process payments to suppliers in a timely manner.
  • Record and reconcile Domestic and International Travel Expenses, adhering to company policies.
  • Document and record Mailing Invoices accurately.
  • Record Handling and Customs Charges associated with shipments.
  • Monitor and record Freight Charges in the accounting system.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
