Takamol Holding is a prominent government company focused on empowering the Saudi labor market. We are seeking an experienced General Accountant to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. This role is vital in ensuring our financial integrity and supporting our commitment to developing a sustainable work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Collaborate with team members to assist with the month-end close.
  • Support the annual audit process, including the preparation of financial statements and related notes.
  • Research and analyze expense variances for company management.
  • Record accrued revenues and expenses at the end of each month.
  • Prepare internal financial performance reports.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of professional accounting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience handling large volumes of transactions.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Familiarity with KSA tax laws.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
