Key Responsibilities:- Training Coordination & Logistics: Plan, schedule, and coordinate training programs, workshops, and seminars. Liaise with trainers and internal departments to ensure seamless training execution.
- Training Administration & Documentation: Maintain accurate training records, manage the Learning Management System (LMS), and prepare reports on training outcomes and compliance.
- Employee Development & Support: Assist employees in identifying relevant training opportunities and gather feedback for continuous improvement of programs.
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Work with managers to assess training needs and recommend innovative training methodologies.
Qualifications:Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field, along with 24 years of experience in training coordination or HR support. Strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems are essential for success in this role.
