About the Client Servicing Executive Role

UR SUPPORT is seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Executive to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves managing client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of BTL marketing campaigns, activations, and events. The role requires close coordination with internal teams and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service throughout project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and oversee daily communications.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and project briefs for clients.
• Coordinate effectively with creative, production, and operations teams.
• Monitor project timelines, manage approvals, and track deliverables.
• Ensure the smooth and efficient execution of BTL campaigns, activations, and events.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

• Between 2 to 5 years of experience in BTL marketing, events, activations, or advertising agencies.
• Proven experience in preparing client proposals and presentations.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
