Commercial Sales Executive, Riyadh

Western Auto by Al Ghurair Mobility is seeking a Commercial Sales Executive to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to driving business growth within one of Al Ghurair Mobility's newest divisions in KSA.

Role Purpose

The Commercial Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the commercial vehicle sector. This involves building strong customer relationships, managing the sales cycle, and contributing to market share expansion in alignment with sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for commercial vehicles, building relationships with fleet customers, corporate accounts, and key decision-makers to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and customer consultations to vehicle demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals, ensuring a professional customer experience.
  • Understand customer operational requirements and recommend suitable commercial vehicle solutions, providing accurate product information, financing options, and after-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities, developing and executing sales plans to maximize business growth.
  • Prepare quotations, sales agreements, and all required documentation, coordinating with internal departments for timely vehicle delivery, registration, and customer handover.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, update CRM systems, prepare sales reports, and monitor individual performance against sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Nationality: Saudi nationality is essential for this role, aligning with Al Ghurair Mobility KSA's localization strategy.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in commercial vehicle sales, fleet sales, or B2B automotive sales. Dealership experience is highly preferred.
  • Attributes: Customer-focused, commercially driven, results-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
