The Core/Reservation Agent Role

The Core/Reservation Agent is a full-time position within a dynamic team at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh. This role is integral to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations. It requires dedication and enthusiasm to ensure every guest receives appropriate care and attention.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, ensuring attention and care.
• Contribute to the overall goal of exceeding guest expectations.
• Manage tasks related to Core operational functions.
• Support Sales activities as required by the department.
• Handle responsibilities pertaining to Rooms management.
