About the Role

stc is seeking a Corporate Performance Management Senior Expert to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on implementing and enhancing the organization's corporate performance management framework to drive data-driven decision-making and improve overall performance in alignment with stc Group guidelines.

Role Purpose and Context

The Senior Expert will be instrumental in developing and implementing a robust corporate performance management framework. This involves defining key performance indicators (KPIs), monitoring organizational progress, supporting value creation analysis, and ensuring a clear link between strategic objectives, business plans, and operational execution across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the corporate performance management framework, adhering to stc Group guidelines.
  • Define, develop, and maintain corporate and sector-level KPIs covering financial, operational, and strategic performance metrics.
  • Ensure alignment between corporate strategy, business plans, and KPI structures to foster consistency and accountability.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting tools for tracking organizational performance across all sectors.
  • Analyze performance results against targets, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the development of value creation models to assess product/service profitability in collaboration with the Finance department.
  • Conduct financial and performance simulations to evaluate the impact of potential changes in business models or service offerings.
  • Support the cascading of executive scorecards into functional and operational KPIs at all organizational levels.
  • Coordinate with functional heads to define, align, and validate KPIs, ensuring their linkage to corporate objectives.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Identify performance gaps and support the development of corrective action plans in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all performance management systems and reports.
  • Support the continuous improvement of performance management processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the visibility and understanding of performance metrics throughout the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Required experience: 5-10 years in corporate performance management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing performance management frameworks and KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of financial, operational, and strategic performance metrics.
  • Experience with performance reporting tools and dashboard development.
  • Familiarity with value creation analysis and financial simulations.
