Main Tasks: Reception and Orientation: Receiving patients and visitors, welcoming them, and directing them to the appropriate departments. Appointment Management: Booking, confirming, and modifying doctor appointments, consultations, and medical procedures. Patient Data Registration: Entering and updating personal and medical information for patients, and opening medical files. Handling Inquiries: Responding to phone calls and direct questions, and providing necessary information accurately. Managing Financial Procedures: Printing invoices, receiving payments, and checking health insurance coverage. Internal Coordination: Communicating with other medical departments to ensure smooth workflow. Administrative Work: Filing documents, preparing daily reports, and organizing the reception area. Required Skills: Excellent communication skills and strong customer service. Ability to multitask, organize time, and work under pressure. Familiarity with computer systems and hospital systems. Flexibility and problem-solving ability. Commitment to patient confidentiality and policies and procedures.
